Rental policy & terms

Vehicle rules

• No smoking
• No illegal drugs
• No underage drinking
• No standing on seats or sitting on the backs of seats
• No guns or knives
• Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy while riding, but may not carry open containers onto or off the vehicle.
• If you spill, please clean it up right away.
• Passengers must always remain behind the driver’s privacy curtain.
• Standing while the vehicle is in motion could result in injury. Imperial Luxury Travel is not responsible for injuries to a passenger who stands while the vehicle is in motion.
• Aggressive, rude, belligerent or drunken behavior will result in termination of the contract.

Deposit, payment & gratuity

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Performance is not guaranteed until the minimum deposit is received.
• Full payment is due at the time of pick-up. Credit card payments carry a 4% vendor fee.
• A 20% voluntary driver gratuity is added to the cost of your rental.
• Prices are subject to change during peak season and holidays.
• Please contact us directly for rates outside standard business hours.

Damage policy & fees

The driver inspects each vehicle before, during and after each rental. In the event of damage, the customer is financially responsible for repairs or cleaning, including but not limited to:

• Cracked or broken windows
• Damage to seats
• Damage to lights, TV or stereo equipment
• Excessively spilled fluids or food
• Vomit (subject to a $300.00 clean-up fee)

Cancellation

Imperial Luxury Travel, LLC requires a 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of the reservation date.

Client waives the remaining balance if Imperial Luxury Travel, LLC is notified of cancellation at least 7 days before travel. Cancellations with less than the required notice will result in a full charge to the credit card used to book.
