UGA Game Day Transportation
Private chauffeured rides to Athens for Georgia Bulldogs home games, from Atlanta, ATL and across Metro Atlanta. Sprinter for up to 7.
Game day in Athens, without the drive
A Saturday in Athens is one of the best days in college football, and the worst part is the drive: GA-316 traffic, packed lots and the long ride home after a night game. Imperial Luxury Travel takes your group from Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson or anywhere in Metro Atlanta to Athens and back in a 7-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or a late-model Cadillac Escalade Sport ESV. Your chauffeur handles the traffic so everyone can enjoy the day.
Atlanta to Athens
Round trips from Buckhead, Alpharetta, Gwinnett and the rest of Metro Atlanta to Athens for home games at Sanford Stadium.
Fly-in fans
Alumni, families and visiting fans picked up at Hartsfield-Jackson and taken straight to Athens, then back for the flight home.
Groups up to 7
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is ideal for 5–7 friends or family going together. Bigger groups can book multiple vehicles.
Planning your UGA game day
Athens is about 70 miles from Downtown Atlanta, usually 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes via GA-316, but game days are different. Traffic into Athens builds hours before kickoff and roads around campus close or reroute. We plan an early departure, use the drop-off points allowed under the game-day traffic plan and arrange your pickup time and spot before you get out.
After the game, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed spot for the ride home, whether that is right after the final whistle or after dinner downtown. We also serve Athens-area hotels, rentals and homes in Watkinsville and Oconee County, and graduation and parents' weekends during the year.
More than a ride
Home games. SEC Saturdays and big non-conference games at Sanford Stadium.
Fly-in weekends. ATL to Athens on Friday, the game on Saturday and back to the airport on Sunday.
Campus visits. Graduations, parents' weekends and recruiting visits at the University of Georgia.
